Candle Holder Sizes: Large – 8.75cm x 5.5cm, 550g (Requires 3 tsp of ashes) Small – 7cm x 4cm, 340g (Requires 2 tsp of ashes)
How It Works: 1. Sending the Ashes UK Customers: You’ll receive an ashes collection kit with a secure bag, a spoon, and a form to complete. A prepaid, tracked return label is included for easy posting at no cost.
International Customers: You will need to send the ashes directly. Detailed shipping instructions will be provided after purchase to ensure safe and secure delivery.
2. Production & Delivery Each cremation keepsake is handmade with care and takes approximately two weeks from the time we receive the ashes. Your memorial candle holder will be securely packaged, and tracking details will be provided once it is shipped.
Additional Information: Any unused ashes will be respectfully returned with your order.
