How to Send Ashes (Simple & Secure Guide)

UK Customers – Easy & Fully Tracked

If you are based in the UK, the process is simple and secure.

After placing your order, I will send you a prepaid ashes collection kit, which includes:

  • A sealed bag for the ashes
  • A small spoon
  • A form for your personalisation details
  • A prepaid, tracked return envelope

All you need to do is place a small amount of ashes (usually 1–2 teaspoons) into the bag, complete the form, and return everything using the prepaid label.

You can drop this off at your local Post Office—there is nothing extra to pay.


Customers Outside the UK

For international orders, ashes are sent directly to me.

👉 Full, step-by-step instructions will be provided after purchase, tailored to your country to make the process as smooth and straightforward as possible.

In general, only a very small amount of ashes is required, and I will guide you on the simplest and most cost-effective way to send them safely.
